Took family of 9 (3 kids under 6) for dinner. Was warned by waitress to order quickly as they had a bus of 32 coming in. Ordered before bus arrived and yet our meals were served after the bus crowd's. Children's meals weren't as described on menu. Meals ok but nothing special.

I can't believe I haven't been there before. Took family of 9 (3 kids under 6) and everyone was impressed not only with meal but surroundings. Service was faultless. Meals were so delicious we are going back soon. Extremely reasonably priced for the quantity and quality of meals.

Can't believe such a big franchise would be run so badly. I really am surprised they are still in business. I've been there 4 times, hoping each time the service would get better but it hasn't. Definitely won't be back.

I have been to this Hotel on several occasions, mostly for dinner but occasionally for lunch. I would keep returning but the service has put me off on each occasion and enough is enough and I won't be returning. At first I thought I had come on a bad night but tried it a few other times and it just kept getting worse.
