We dined there for a week. As a surprise for my wife's 60'th birthday, I sneakily asked the head chef Michael if it was possible to do something not on the menu for that night. He surprised her with a crayfish (caught that morning) platter that blew her away. The meals all week were simply inspiring and superb.
