My partner and I dined here on a Saturday evening. We dropped in without making a booking, but were assured a seat within a few minutes, upon walking in, and offered a drink while we waited. We were happy to wait, knowing it had good reviews and how busy it was (always a good sign!). We had set out to have a nice dessert and glass of wine, but decided to try the pizza also, and we were so glad we did. It was delicious! Generous toppings, not oily, great crispy base and beautiful flavours. Highly recommend the vegetarian. Dessert was equally delicious. I had the sticky date pudding, which came with a side of creamy vanilla ice cream. My partner had the lemon tart and loved its accompanying citrus cream. We were very happy with the service as well, friendly and easy going, but attentive also. Food and drinks came out quickly. Ambience and atmosphere was typical of a cafe restaurant, lots of noise & patrons of all ages, however the music was upbeat, lighting not too low and decor not overdone. We did catch a draft when the door opened, which is the only main negative I'd give the set up. We had hoped to sit upstairs after viewing pics of cosy couches on the website, but they weren't busy enough. Will definitely go back again and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Decided to give this restaurant a go after reading rave reviews on another site. Have not been disappointed. We have tried a variety of the dishes, and all have been enjoyable. We were impressed to see a decent salad on the menu, a chicken tikka, with yummy pieces of fresh chicken, pine nuts and other yummy flavours. The tandoori mushrooms and the aloo baigan masala are delicious. If you are worried about the heat, rest assured, even their hottest dishes are relatively mild, and there are plenty of low spice dishes to select from. They are very popular and get very busy, so best to phone ahead if you want to get takeaway. General wait time can be anywhere from 10 minutes up to 25 minutes, but the service is friendly enough. For a fresh, tasty and quality Indian meal you will not be disappointed with Ragam Indian restaurant on Doncaster Rd in Doncaster.

This is one of the best gelati stores I've come across. Prompt & friendly service every time, and we have become regulars! Great range of yummy flavours, including gelati, frozen yoghurt and sorbets. They also do milk shakes using the range of gelati so you can choose your own flavour, and iced coffees. For the cooler months you could try a crepe or a freshly brewed coffee (which we are yet to try). If you want to enjoy an indulgent treat you can't go past Cones on Glenferrie Rd. Open late, perfect for those balmy summer nights!

My boyfriend and I have ordered from here on several occasions and always enjoyed the burgers a lot. We have tried the Fancy Fish, Succulent Salmon, Edgy Veggie and Chicken Licken burgers and found them all to be great value. They are very tasty, fresh and healthy, in that they are not dripping with oils, spread with butter or leave you feeling bloated and heavy. Very well priced, between $6.90 - $8.90 each. The buns on the burgers are soft, not toasted. I would love to see them offer a gluten free or wholemeal variety. I took one star off for the fact that our order was not the way we requested on one occasion - we got tomato and avacado when requested it be left off. And in the same order we received a different fish than we selected as they had ran out. They could benefit from taking phone numbers when people order over the phone. Otherwise we highly recommend this place and hope they start getting busy enough to stay open a little later.

We have only had take-away a few times but were happy with our choices every time. The food is flavoursome and great quality. Service is fast and pleasant.
Prices are great, better than most.

We get take-away from there and have never been disappointed with a dish so far.
The quality is great and flavours are beautiful. They do a great special fried rice and also have good valued lunch and dinner boxes which feed 2 adults satisfactorily. Satay chicken and Ginger fish are favourites.

Great quality and beautiful flavoured food. Highly recommend the Pad Grapow and all the noodle dishes are yum. Never have to wait long for take away. They offer BYO and are licenced.
