I have also found that LiveIn Property has dreadful customer service, especially from their property managers. Their focus is on the owners and not on the tenants. They may say they are, but that is just lip service. When it comes down to it, they will not do the right thing by you and will actually threaten you with legal action. For what? Oh nothing they can substantiate, but still utterly unnecessary.

It's just grating to me, given I was the perfect tenant, kept the place spotless but they tried to stomp over my rights and made me have 3 property inspections in less than a year. They even sent me a letter to do a 4th one and I said NO! Is that even legal?

Their customer service is poor. Their property managers are unprofessional. And they are just provide horrendous service to their tenants. I was definitely not impressed.

I am in the market to buy a place. I shall NOT be buying any of the properties LiveIn Property markets because I know they lie. They lied about the property I used to live in - it had few of the cliams they made. And it just makes them seem less trustworthy.

I wont be using their services ever again, thats for sure!

Great salon run by a husband and wife and their team. They use environmentally friendly (usually organic) hair dyes, which still do the job, but are better for you. They are polite and courteous to their customers and make me feel comfortable being there every time I have had a service. Really nice people.

There are a number of doctors, you just have to wait a bit longer certain times of the day. All the doctors there bulk bill you, which is a bonus, as it means no out-of-pocket expenses to see the doctor!

Great Thai restaurant, food is freshly cooked, while you wait (not long). You choose from a range of different sauces (satay, chilli, basil, etc) and you choose your meat/chicken/prawns and then you get you meal. Really delicious and yummy food and very polite staff serving you, whether you eat in or take away.

The State Library has free (but unsecured) wifi, Internet stations and brand new books that you can check out. You can also access a lot of on-line publications and journals from a whole load of different organisations (health, medical, etc). Plus the libary is so beautifully designed, it's so nice to go there.

I like this tennis centre. You can play in group tournaments with people of similar ability and you can hire the court to play with your friends. The staff are really ultra friendly and very helpful.

I love their sticky rice pudding (it's in the fridge), expensive but so delicious! They also provide organic and natural dry produce as well as vitamins and other supplements. Their staff are courteous and friendly. They also serve lots of nice vegetarian food which is made in the kitchen fresh. I have had one meal there and it was delicious.

Really great store, the staff are helpful and friendly. They have organic groceries, fruit and vegetables as well as dry goods and organic cosmetics and other products. It's a nice shop with an old world feel. The owners also work there and are very polite and nice to their customers. They also offer naturopathic services upstairs, but I have never tried it. I loved to do my grocery shopping there.

I took my child to this dentist, Dr George, who was a horrendous prima donna. He would make us wait for a long time every appointment. He was rude and obnoxious. His wife on the other hand was really nice. I noticed that every time I took my son there, he would have someone he was seeing who was complaining about him on his schedule (I peaked - but it was right there and not hidden). He was getting a lot of complaints from people. Needless to say I stopped taking my son there and found a more competent dentist who didn't make my son cry. I would not recommend him at all!
