I went in looking for a particular type of lolly and the lady was very rude when I asked if she sold it. I said that I had asked at alot of places and most people didn't stock it and she made me feel very stupid for saying that when their was nothing stupid about it!

My daughter was looking for a mothers day card and wanted to buy it herself, the lady behind the counter was very friendly and helpful so it could be a surprise for me. She didn't send her to the most expensive which I really appreciated.

I am a member of their baby club and they have great baby days where they give you footprints of your bub, samples and all the samples and advice you need. When I have been to talk to the pharmasist he is very friendly and extremely helpful.

I had a bulk head put up over my kitchen bench and they were easy to deal with and did a great job. The tradesmen was a great help when it came to working around my timetable and explaining how it all went up.

The ladies that run this local bakery are always friendly and able to make you feel at home. The cakes are devine and the pies and other pastries are just what you'd expect from a local bakery. The cost is really good too. Whether I run in and out or sit for a meal it makes for an enjoyable experience and the cakes are just too yummy for words.

This review is for IGA Supermarkets (Craigie Fresh), Craigie WA

Tis supermarket is open earlier and closes later than any other supermarket around here. The older laters on the registers are always up for a chat and smiling. The service is fast and efficient and the shelves are always well stocked. There is no over crowding of stock in the isles so getting a trolley or pram around is no hassel. They have some great spcials too.

I lost my best friend on Anzac day to a tumor. The lovely people at Lawnswood Pet Crematorium collected him on Saturday and called me to let me know what was going to happen. They were very understanding and supportive of my grief. A week later I got him home in a lovely urn, beautifully engraved with his details. My thanks to them so much.

We had to take our dog in as he was limping. The vets were very communitive in what was happening and how they were treating him. They kept us informed all the way through and put us onto a great specialist when they knew they couldn't help. Although we lost him in the end they were very supportive all along the way.

We went there because there is a fenced off section for the under 2 year olds. This was not as good as it seemed though as the mothers would take their older kids in there. The little ones were being knocked over every few minutes and no staff members were there to stop this. The whole setup with the bouncy castles and toys was great but more supervision by staff is needed.
