This is a wonderful salon! I have had laser hair removal in the past and never had the professionalism & results I experienced at this salon. All staff are highly experienced in their field of work, whether laser hair removal or skincare and are very attentive to their client's needs and satisfaction, as well as safety and hygiene. They will not rush your test patch and information session, they will determine your skin type and always monitor, and I have never, ever had a burn. Androula is all about results and customer satisfaction, and will always ask many questions to ensure you are happy. This place makes you feel so comfortable as well, but you also get great results, and makes you eager to look into other services they offer. I have recommended this salon to several people, male & female, some even travelling from the other side of town. I will not go elsewhere.

It's a lovely older style cinema and has a nice little bar attached. However, the cinemas are always dirty and have not been cleaned after each session, so they may be understaffed. I have experienced this a few times though, as well as some cinemas being without air conditioning.

A clear example of something beautiful left to ruins. I came in 2008 and 2010 and was green, clear maintained paths and beautifully manicured domes and castle wall designs in the hedges. Stood about 6.5 to 7 feet tall and with lots of sun coming through. At the towers you could see over the whole maze, as you should be able to, that's the idea and the beautifully manicured corners and domes were visible . Now, it has not been maintained, is about 30 feet or more and covering any sun as paths over grow into eachother at the top and are narrow and dead looking at the bottom. There are no defined paths, looks dead and you see nothing from the towers at all, it's dark because the hedge is overgrown and neglected, not to mention unsafe wood planks. A hedge is to be maintained, it's to be shaped. An aerial shot of this would not look like a maze, the old shot is from many, many years ago. One of the wooden cheat doors was also broken and on the path with nails exposed and facing up too, and this is all in the dark as you needed to use the torch on your phone, and this was a sunny day. It's up for sale, so maybe they have lost all effort to do more, but a big job to get it back to a maintained nice maze. I have beautiful photos from years ago and just wanted to leave now. Not worth going back, especially when still charging $12 each. If anyone thinks it's current state is good, I'm thinking they haven't seen it before or any hedge maze to know how it should look.

My friends and I have booked several activities and enjoyed them all, and is why we keep trying others on offer. Paul keeps great communication leading up to the activities and made the caving really enjoyable too. We have tried kayaking, caving, rock climbing and Abseiling. Our recent rock climbing and Abseiling instructor, Adam was fantastic. Professional, experienced, calm and pleasant to spend the day with. We also loved Henry, his dog companion that joined us on the day, a great addition for the nervous group members too. He was also very patient and calm with the two 18 year old's who were not a fan of heights, and was able to assist them to challenge themselves. He was perfect, and couldn't ask for more.

Oakdale Funerals provided an excellent service for our beloved family member. Both Anne and David are professional, compassionate and flexible with anything you may ask or prefer, they truly will customise and suggest options to be the service you hope for. At no time did they say no or not try to fulfill our requests, and helped overcome some hurdles. We always felt we had choice and personalisation and I could see Anne could really grasp how we wanted everything, and the kind of person we were saying goodbye to. There was a lot of contact, both written, verbal and in person to ensure everything was coming together, and a lot of attention to detail.
Anne did an amazing job of changing aspects with short notice and moving things around to flow nicely, without ever seeming annoyed or fussed, she did everything with pride and must work well under pressure and time constraints. The service was during stage 4 restrictions as well, but anything not possible, she helped find solutions. She brought a touch of softness to the service as well, and made it feel a tribute and farewell, with smiles and not just a funeral with grief, and felt very genuine. It felt very personal, and not a script.
Everyone spoke of how beautiful the service was, and her team really made us feel comfortable. Our family were very happy with our choice of Directors as sad times are made so much worse when you can't give the send off you'd like, and they deserve. I would highly recommend Oakdale Funerals.
