This hotel has come up great since it has been done up, Plenty to pick from on the menu, Great lunch time menu $16.50 and that includes drink. Friendly staff, that could arrange for all meals to come out pretty much all together, which is good when there is a few of you. Parking out the front.

Went for dinner with friends. They food was average nothing to write home about. Service was good was clean and warm enviroment. Can get very loud when crowded.

Loved the atmosphere at the Bunch of Grapes. The food was excellent and served quickly. I like the added gaming room for the children. A great pub, definitely go back one day.

Modern and pleasant surroundings. Staff were attentive. Meals came out promptly, were of high quality and tasted great. Would highly recommend.

We went there for my girlfriend's birthday. Im so glad we did! I loved the interior, it was beautiful. I ordered spaghetti and crabs. It was amazing! My spaghetti was black, my favourite shade. The crabs were crispy. It was awesome! The staff were very friendly and efficient. I cant wait to go back.

Attended a group function here and have come away with a mixed impression. The function room was excellent, with it's own bar and food ordering system and toilets, which made it very convenient and user friendly. The service was also excellent, with friendly staff and the food was served quite quickly. The menu however, was a bit confusing and most dishes were quite expensive and quite 'fancy'. You had to search to find the cheaper ($23) Parmy or fish, but once you did, you did get a good sized serving. My husband did comment that his $32 steak was perfectly cooked and one of the best he's had. A friend tried the scallops and although she liked it, it was a small meal. Of concern, was she was asked if she wanted a small or large serving, she asked for a large and the meal only contained 4 scallops! So overall, a bit of a mixed review. If you would like to try some different and interesting meals this would suit you, if your looking for more traditional pub food maybe not for you, unless they have a different menu from what was available in the function room.

Food was excellent. We were a large group of 15. Every meal was delivered at the same time, no delays and cooked to perfection (a big plus for me). We had a very diverse group on the table and no-one was disappointed. One of our group was a coffee lover from Sydney. He commented on the coffee that it was the best in Ballarat, coffee not burnt and milk not heated too hot. We will be back.

Nice looking place on the inside, the renovations were amazing - great place to take the kids as they have a playground - video games and a BIG TV to entertain them.

Meals were greatly presented, tasted nice (The soft shelled crab with rice noodles was a new experience for me) and all round was quite happy to return again.

You pay a little more, but I think the overall experience is well worth a visit.

Food was supurb, staff were very attentive and helpful. Renovations look amazing. It's worth going there just to see the renos.

Used to have the very best parmas in town, not so good anymore. They're a decent size thought. and on parma night, the price is so good, who would complain?
