In mid 2009 I decided to get my old NEC split system in my lounge room replaced with a new one as the old one was inefficient, installed in an odd position & kept 'tripping' the safety switch. After doing quite a bit of research on the internet etc., I decided that I would get 2 Fujitsu split systems installed (1 in the loungeroom & 1 in the bedroom upstairs). A work colleague mentioned that her husband was an airconditioning tech & he'd be able to help, so I contacted him. Unfortunately he was quite unreliable, grumpy & after many weeks of chasing him I gave up because he never returned my calls. I then called 2 other companies but they either didn't show up for appointments or didn't return my calls. Finally a friend of mine suggested an electrician that she used and that's how I came into contact with David. I wasn't confident that this experience would be any different, but I was very wrong! David spent 20 mins at my house advising re the best system to use & where to place them for maximum efficiency etc.
