Full bond/vacate clean 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 3 level house with study and media room in St Lucia. Was a big job, place wasn't filthy dirty but was a share house of 5 guys. We cleaned and tidied but nothing full-on. And lived there almost 4 years. I hired these guys cos a mate of mine had actually seen one of the reviews on here and recommended them. Based on the size and state of the house, I figured it would take 2 maybe 3 days to clean back to rental standard. These guys had it done in 9 1/2 hours & did not stop. They organised another workmate to join them halfway through the day to get it done on time, but never charged the full amount. Can honestly say that I had never seen clean til I saw our house at the end (sorry Mum!) the place looked awesome.
