Although the guy behind the counter is really nice and really helpful in pretty much ANYTHING you need... but i gota say...there's always only 2 guys in the shop and the lines are always out the door....
fair enough you'll get cheaper parts and cheaper than the big retailers on mostly everything... but please for the sake of god hire another 2 people behind the counter!!!!!!
I move around quite a lot and has used quite a few moving companies in my time...but the guys at FRS are just impressive. We booked for 7am Sunday (which i would normally never do, but because our booking was last minute that's the only time they could slot us in), the guys got there at 6.43 and scoped out the move. Naturally we're still all half asleep so they told us to take our time in getting ready but they will start wrapping and moving at 7.
Wrapping and protection of ALL the furniture was impeccable, all glass, fragile, electronic and lounge sets were double wrapped...which i think shows you the length these guys go to look after your stuff.
Both the boys that came were really polite and professional, no messing around and time wasting.
Our job only took 3.5 hrs considering there's 2 drop off addresses.
Would recommend FRS to anyone, and my family (that came to help abit) shares the same feelings.
