Asko Australia you muppets genuineley have the WORST customer service I have ever dealt with.
You phone the night before and leave a message saying "I'll be there between 1-2pm".
You then (for some unknown reason) call the number you have saved inn your system from the building owner, a number you were specifically told NOT to phone, and got yourselves confused and flustered when she didnt know about it and told you to ring me, and you have now cancelled the appointment.
Then after 3x phone calls to try and get to speak to the rep, who either
a) decided to take the day off because it was hot
or b) was told to go somewhere else today because you found a more profitable customer than me
only to be quoted "that's not how it works" and "im going to back my rep 100% over you" - a rep who is clearly spinning you stories about the comunication he had with the wrong number you called, unless of course its you spinning stories

Meanwhile, you also quote "that's not my problem" even though it was you guys that made the error - of course it isnt, its my problem, but its your mistake!

apparently, your company doesnt like resolving issues they created, and advanced bookings mean nothing to you.

100% laughable, in any event, hanging up on me because you dont have the answers to simple questions like "who's mistake was it though" and "what changed between 7pm and 8am to make your rep unavailable"..

When you hang up instead of answering basic questions, you show yourselves to be innept and incapable of dispute resolution...

A disgusting display from any company

Provides for a novel day out at the bay, but considering how small and limited it is to the amount you would need to spend for a days entertainment, it just cant compare with some of the true theme parks of interstate. not really much competition in SA though, so I guess they can charge what they like and people will come!

An outstanding dining experience. I am not a golfer at all, but the driving range is awesome. They've gone to a whole new level to exploit the TAP in TapIn.

strong TAPpas menu - Ive got to elaborate here, the tappas menu is enough to eat as your entire main meal. it gives a great opportunity to go with a group, order an assorted selection of foods, and each have a bit of each. Excellent way to sample a few things you may not have tried before, or makes things simple for the indecisive!

Anyone familiar with charlies buffets will know what to expect at this place, only this one is better than the others. Good variety of food, at a realistic price. one of the few great remaining buffets in Adelaide

Was quite good, but fell short of spectacular. Nice food, nice place to eat - I'll be back here to eat again!

Never disappointed, the food is outstanding - easy to see how they've won their awards. Great atmosphere, great staff, and a must not miss on your dine out list! Highly recommended

I was absolutely impressed the first time I went here - love the stone grill meals, lets me have my steaks cooked exactly the way I like it, and adds to the whole dinning experience.
Great atmosphere, prices were very good for the quality of food and service.
This is a new regular for me and I'm glad I stumbled across it!

The pullman once would have got 5stars all around from me, but I think its declined of late.
The variety of food at the buffet is not as good as it used to be, often the meat is overdone, and the quality of some of the foods is not up to 5star scratch, but it is still a great place to dine. Service is 5 star, price of the buffet itself is great, but you get stabbed on the drink prices instead. One area they've kept all 5 of my stars is the desert selection - its still as good as it used to be, although I think a soft serve machine would be a great addition.
I've eaten at plenty a worse buffets, so this place is much better than many, but at a time the competition has stepped it up a notch in quality and variety, the pullman has slipped a little unfortunately.
Still giving it 4 stars overall though, still a great place to eat out!
