I thought I was too old to start some regular exercise but after personal training sessions with Rachel and then working out at her 6 week Boot Camp sessions where I could go to as many as 16 sessions each week I am proof that is not the case. The sessions are fun as well as being well constructed. My G.P. is impressed too because my blood pressure and cholesterol levels have improved. Both Rachel and Danni make the workouts enjoyable which is not what I've ever thought or heard about other "Boot Camps". I would highly recommend Real Life Fitness - even to "oldies" like myself.

I'm of the generation who have a fear of Dentists and would avoid making the dreaded visits. That has all changed because of Caroline Nguyen at Vivid Dental. No longer do my knees shake at the very thought of a visit because Caroline has a calming influence and she describes the treatments along the way. Her new premises in Five Dock are fantastically spacious and contemporary. She loves treating families with kids and young professionals.

I had never contemplated seeking the services of a Chiropractor until I heard Dr JJ Lob speak about wonders that chiropractic can offer. I work long hours in front of a computer and found a good night's sleep to be out of the question. Dr Lob has state of the art equipment in his practice and each visit runs on time and without any pain at all. I had preconceived notions of bone cracking but this is not the case at all as adjustments are made with such dexterity and with the equipment that you feel better pretty much instantly.

Smoothmoves moved my daughter's household items from home to her first rented apartment. Warwick Andison was able to provide exceptional service by coming to my place of business and reviewing all of my insurance needs. He was able to use various insurance companies to cover everything I needed from Professional Indemnity, Business Insurance, House and Contents to Comprehensive Motor Vehicle Insurance to name a few. Instead of having to make various lump payments individually, he was able to finance this so I now have a smaller monthly amount to be paid. I feel that because Warwick is able to source a variety of insurance companies, you get a better deal and you can speak to a real person instead of waiting on the phone and pushing numerous numbers before you get onto someone. If it ever arose that I needed to make a claim, I only have to phone Warwick and he will take care of it.

I am one of those who had not visited a Dentist in years because of my fears but Caroline Nguyen was able to dissolve those as my initial visit went on. The practice has state of the art equipment and facilities. I was able to have a crown produced on site and fitted in one visit. I will certainly be returning and this time, without the shaking knees.

Jim Ellis from Smartline was able to provide me with choices when I needed to refinance my mortgage. The Smartline software could show me many options, however, it was Jim's ability to listen and understand my needs that proved to be the outstanding quality of service. Most people hate filling out paperwork and forms; and here again, Jim took that pain away. I would not hesitate to recommend Jim to close family and friends and therefore anyone needing finance.

Jane personally helped design the 21st invitations for my daughters' party. She coordinated her Graphic Designers and Printers and selected the most exquisite envelopes for the occasion. I left all the arrangements to the last minute, however, Jane was able to have the invitations delivered to my door in time.
