This would have to be the worst cinema experience i have ever had, with no acknowledgement upon arrival, no explination of what to do, re ordering catering etc, there was also no explination of to operate the the chairs. Our food/drinks were 30mins late being delivered. $18.00 for 4 chicken strips!! I Dont think so... Being a first experience !! Never again

I decided to go to a Nutritionist at this company, and found that the so called experienced Nutritionist, in my opinion seemed like a college student, and dident really advise me on Nutrition, she just gave me a bunch of coloured brochures to read through. This was an hour appointment

Wait staff dident understand our order (We spoke English) the food was sloppy to match the service. It was expensive uneatable Mexican food.
The resturant had dirty walls, and in general, a dirty place.

I called AAMI to check on my insurance policy. There were no anoying telephone Q's, no menu's to choose from. I spoke with a delightfull part time girl, who was exceptional with her customer service and knowledge delivery!!

We connected with Foxtel and after 3 months deceided it was boring and repetitive. We tried 30 seperate phone calls to Foxtel to get a disconnection, and still to this day (28 Juine 2008) have NOT had the top set box collected, as per they instruction. They are always busy, and their recording states that you (The customer) has to call them back!! Unless of course you are upgrading your package (More money direct to them)......the worst experience with the worst organisation!!
