I've been going here for years. The team are all very competent, keep trained in techniques, trends and products and are so cheerful and caring. Their loyal client base is testamount to their superb service. You always leave chapters feeling pampered, and with great hair.

This used to be a first class place, but has changed quite a bit, particularly in the last 2 years. The current owner is not a people person and is often rude to members. Most of the staff are fabulous and very caring, but there are one or two who just do the minimum. Unfortunately members' feedback is not welcomed by the owner. Quite a few members are intimidated by her. Those who have spoken up in the past are shown the door very quickly after a tongue lashing. Facilities are clean and very good, however broken equipment does take a long time to be repaired.

I have been a regular customer of this place and recommended it to several people. Now that I have met the owner and experienced his language and rudeness, never again. It was beyond belief. I was wondering why there was such a high staff turnover.
