Think you can tell the quality of customer care based on how the company handles issues. About an year after Nick's team installed our security door, we had an issue with the lock. I called Nick on a Friday and he had Matt from his team over first thing Monday morning. Matt dropped by sharp on time, noted that the issue was as the door had tilted slightly and had the locking issue fixed within mins. Don't think you can really ask for much more than that when it comes to customer care. Felt the key (no pun intended) is that Nick stands by the quality of the products, workmanship and the service the company delivers and - it really shows looking at how pleased we are with our security door.

Had the pleasure of engaging Jerome for a fence repair. Jerome came around as planned but, due to a toss up at my end, we weren't able to start the job on the day. I was expecting Jerome to be quite 'displeased' with the situation however, his reaction was quite the opposite - said not to worry and to call when the issue was sorted. All I can say is - great bloke, comes sharp on time and would not hesitate to call him again.
