I needed some photos to use for publicity and didn't want the typical boring head shots. The team at Imagine Photography were fantastic, very friendly and professional. They took the time to discuss what I was looking for in the shots then contributed their experience and ideas to create EXACTLY what I needed.

Looks like I got the wrong sales person to help with ipods. My 'service' consisted of "everyone knows what they want in an ipod - so which one do you want?" So I picked one, and asked what the best price was only to be quoted the advertised price. After reminding him that the sign out front says 'Everything's Negotiable' I was advised "Everything except ipods"

A great little cafe. The service here is very friendly. You really get the feeling you are welcome. Makes for a very comfortable place for coffee / lunch.

I booked these guys for a move from Melbourne to Sydney. They gave me a 4 hour window that they would arrive within (between 8am-12). Eventually they arrived over 3 and a half hours later than the 'window' they gave me.
Personally I find it frustrating to be given a 4 hour window. Surely if you are a professional business you can commit to a specific time.
I called their 'customer service' many times during my LONG wait. There response was "they are coming" After they did eventually get there I called them back and the reply when I complained about they delay was "well we got there on the day we promised, you should be happy"
