Bought all my whitegoods from BingLee Moore Park when I first arrived in Sydney 2 years ago. The staff were able to give me a good discount, free shipping & installation costs - the products are working great until today. The staff is always helpful and try to give as many advice as they could - they are knowledgeable.

Looks like I got the wrong sales person to help with ipods. My 'service' consisted of "everyone knows what they want in an ipod - so which one do you want?" So I picked one, and asked what the best price was only to be quoted the advertised price. After reminding him that the sign out front says 'Everything's Negotiable' I was advised "Everything except ipods"
