This review is for Doctor Andrew Foote, Barton ACT

Dr Foote delivered our baby when our regular obstetrician had a weekend off and our baby came early. Although I had never seen Dr Foote before in my life, and it was a rather stressful situation, he took fantastic care of us both and had wonderful patient bedside manners. I felt very safe with him.

Although this cafe is on the ANU campus, it's not just for students or staff - it's good enough to bring guests as well. The menu is limited but the specials are always good and interesting, and the serves are hearty - you won't leave hungry. The sandwiches are especially good value, and the cakes and desserts are divine.

This review is for Canberra Spine Centre, O'Connor ACT

Dr Jon Powderly is a great chiropractor. He offers fast but genuine treatment sessions (around 15 mins - this is no touchy-feely session, just a good spinal adjustment and you're on your way), based on your own particular needs. He is particularly good with children and young patients, and has an excellent bedside manner. He genuinely cares about his patients and seems almost embarrassed about having to do the 'sales pitch'.

This is an acupuncture/Chinese medicine/massage therapy clinic run by a husband and wife who are both outstanding in their respective fields. Damien, who does the acupuncture, has an almost intuitive ability to sense what sort of medical problems you need fixed, even if you don't even know yourself. He takes his time in diagnosing and treating you - this is no 'in and out in 55 mins' kind of place. Deborah, the massage therapist, offers an hour of complete and utter bliss and will cater to whatever style of massage you prefer.
Duffy is a 15-min drive from Civic but it's worth the trip. You'll leave feeling like a million dollars.

The Gods serve the best coffee on campus. It is always consistently good. The food is somewhat pricey for students but always comes in generous size serves. The service is always amazing, personalised and friendly.
