Good family restaurant. Kids play area is great, although can get really rough and caotic when the restaurant is busy so watch your kids at all times. Restaurant is recently renovated so very clean and modern, toilets are also clean and modern with good baby change area. Food is nice but a little pricey. Staff are friendly and provide good service.

Hard to find a good Pizza shop round the area, so this is a nice change. Pizza have the right amount of topping and are not soggy like some. Good selection on menu and there is free home delivery for orders over $10.

Most of the doctors are quite good and spend as much time as needed with each appointment. Appointment is needed and you are usually seen on the dot. The surgery is not new or modern but clean. However, the receptionist and female doctor let the surgery down. Not very friendly or personable considering the line of work they are in.

I have been sending my daughter to this music program for a term now and she looooves it. This program stands out from the others as it not only teaches kids singing & developes their motor skills, but also teaches sign language and 3 different languages (Italian/French/Spanish). Sharon the teacher is fantastic with all the kids and gets everyone as involved as they want to be. Fantastic program-would recommend it to any parent as part of their child's development.

Had dinner with a few friends and loved the the alfresco dining & atmosphere. However, service was a little disappointing as the waiter was unsure of details regarding a few of the meals offered on the menu & was a little vague on many things-I think he may have also delayed passing on our selections to the kitchen as we waited almost an hour before receiving our main meals. In saying that, the food was worth the wait. Generous servings and fresh ingredients. Coffee and desert were also great! Would definitely go back but hope service is a little improved.

Rang Ace only 3 days before my daughter's b'day party and they were very accommodating and were able to provide me with a suitable jumping castle at a reasonable price. On the day, the castle was delivered at the time promised and put together with minimum fuss. Pick up was also at the time promised and with minimal fuss.

Had my first baby in 2006 and decided on FPH based on other recommendations. I was not disappointed. From the minute we arrived when I was in labour, I was greeted by friendly and caring midwifes. My midwife who was with me throughout my 7hr labour was fantastic and couldn't have got through it without her. In the wards my experience was very pleasant-except for one night shift midwife who was quiet short with me for no good reason, and another who kept telling me off for adjusting the air conditioning (it was that very HOT summer). Overall, I was given everything I asked for and no question was too silly for any of the staff. Definitely going back for bub No. 2 (can't wait to see the new site at Royal Womens).

After looking at their website we thought it would be a great place to take our 2 year old as it seemed to cater for ALL ages and appeared to be a "family friendly" outing....WRONG!! When arriving we were shocked at the entry fee ($29 per person-I mean, let's face it, they're not quiet QLD's Water World or Sea World). Kids play area (Bonitos Pirate Bay) was very rough and our 2 year old was constantly getting bowled over by the older kids. Apart from that all other rides were for kids from about 5 and upwards (oh except for the jumping castle and carousel, which both need some serious attention). To top it all off, we had our personal belongings stolen while having our backs turned from our bags...when reporting this to security, we didn't feel like they cared all too much or did much to help (maybe cos they were all kids themselves). Very expensive day out for the family with not much to brag about!!

Raquel is a young business woman who started in a small room in the back of a chemist and now has this modern, clean salon with a young friendly team who care about their customers. You never have to wait long to be treated and can usually be in and out within a short space of time (depending on your treatment).

This review is for Dr John Negri, East Melbourne VIC

John was my obstetrician for the birth of my daughter in Jan 06 and I was rapt. I must admit my first impressions of the receptionist & Dr Negri were not great but as time went on and we were able to build a rapport, I was very happy with John's manner, thoroughness and care. Definitely going back to him for baby No. 2.
