The waiting staff are wonderful and pleasant, full marks. Cooking is good. Unfortunately, recently the Bistro prices are going up with less and less value in the food served. Eg a recent "Special" - a small serve of couscous with a thin fish fillet and two small cauliflower florets for about $29. No complimentary vegetables or chips or salad were offered with such a small serving. We went home hungry. The recent introduction of small servings for the same money (eg no healthy vegetables provided whereas they were before) and the cancellation of healthy options such as the Wednesday Stir Fry night have forced us go elsewhere. Such a pity that the new manager has made these changes in what was previously a lovely and affordable place for our family to enjoy healthy, vegetable-containing meals. The Knox Club may get a bigger profit per diner, but will have fewer customers as people realise what has happened and go elsewhere, as we have.

Jeff and Swee always do a top-notch job of regularly cleaning our home. They go above and beyond in every task they do. They always leave the house shiny and clean. Nothing is too much trouble for them. They use their initiative about what needs cleaning. They often surprise me by doing extra jobs. They clean the windows as needed. They are reliable, punctual, great communicators and lovely, intelligent people. Highly recommended.

Great hospitality from Brenda and Kirk Bourne. They know how to make guests comfortable. Delicious cooked breakfasts, with home made bread. There are two immaculate guest rooms with comfy mattresses, electric blankets and lovely bathrooms. Beautiful location. You do have to climb a flight of stairs to reach the rooms, but the views from the rooms are worth it. I have stayed several times and will continue to go back.

I have stayed at Trevallyn House for 8 nights now. I keep going back! It is a small establishment, very clean, not cluttered. The owners - Janie and Brett - make the best breakfasts - fruit salad, five choices of cooked breakfast - as well as cereals, toast, freshly squeezed juice. They are very friendly, they have great interpersonal skills, and provide helpful advice re local attractions. The house and grounds are beautiful. The accommodation provides comfort, luxury & great views. And it's nice and close to the local supermarket and shops. I stayed in the B&B section (not self-catering). There is also a self-catering cottage. I highly recommend Trevallyn House for a lovely stay.

Tracy is one of the most cat-loving people I have ever met, and a dedicated and professional cattery owner. My cats Wally and Misty are always happy to stay with her. They are so relaxed and content at the end of their stay. When I go to collect my cats, Tracy takes a little while to hand them over - as she is busy giving them a last-minute cuddle and they are busy smooching with her. When they first stayed at Catsville, Tracy observed that my cats don't like any meat except fish - I hadn't realised that. Each room has an upper shelf to sleep on, and an entrance to the lovely little elevated individual outdoor area attached. There is no adjacent boarding kennel to upset my cats with barking (they don't like dogs!) Tracy's home pick-up and delivery service is a big help at a busy time. The best cattery I have ever found for my feline family.

Approximate cost: $25 per day for two cats

Love the fresh fish section - quality, freshness, variety, good prices. It's the best I have found in the area, including Knox City and other supermarkets. Plenty of brands to choose from, including smaller brands not found in other supermarkets.
The health food section is great. The wide aisles are good. Staff are helpful and friendly.
Cat food specials are good at times.
