Catsville Boarding Cattery

A wonderful place to leave your precious puss. We have 2 cats ,have left them many times and would never hesitate to recommend. Tracy is caring, friendly and efficient. Our cats are always well cared for, come home well fed and relaxed. In a quiet location and very easy to access.

Our cat Ringo has stayed at Catsville many times, it's always comforting to leave for holidays knowing that he is going to be well cared for. The pens are spacious and each has an outdoor area. Tracy always gives the cats plenty of cuddles and loving attention!

Tracy at Catsville is fantastic, she takes incredibly good care of our cats and really loves cats herself. Catsville is extemely clean, Tracy is in the cattery alot of the time so the cats are watched, they have their heated blankets and a little balcony and they are behind numerous locked doors so no worries about escape. All in all I feel happy and relaxed that our kits are so well looked after every time we go away. Marvelous service.

We always have our cat, Oscar, stay at Catsville when we go away for short or long trips. He always has a lovely view from his kennel & Tracy is lovely to deal with. My husband and I always remark how lucky we are to have this place so close to us. It was recommended to us by a veterinarian. Trust me - your cat will be A-ok here!

Very happy with all elements. They always remember our cats name and he has plenty of room to wander around. We first went their on a recommendation from another friend. As long as we have a cat he will go to Catsville for his holidays.

Catsville is set in quiet countryside, with plenty of fresh air and a natural setting for the cats to enjoy. They each have their own outdoor area, a heated mat to sleep on and good quality food. The owner has a very gentle, caring and compassionate attitude, which reassures me each time I leave my cat for a stay. The last time I came to pick my cat up, we had to coax her out of her cosy sleeping nook, so I'm assuming that means she felt comfortable and safe there. I feel confident that the owner has very good knowledge and experience of cats, and is conscientious in caring for each of them individually.

My three cats were well looked after by the lovely owner. My cats love staying at Catsville that offers spacious pens with an enclosed veranda. It is such a safe and calm environment to entrust your babies. Although I live 1.5 hours away from the cattery, it is worth the trip.

I have been sending my 3 cats to Catsville for their annual holiday for the past 9 years. I have no hesitation in recommending this business to anyone looking for a place to take their cats. They are only feed the best quality food and their every need is taken care of. My girls especially like the sunny balconies

it was very pet friendly and the owner was a huge pet lover, Im pretty sure our cat Tiga loved his stay there.

It's my cat's home away from home. He not only gets fed and has shelter but gets cuddled on a regular basis (very important) and has regular exercise, inside and outside all in a safe individual, roomy cage with his own hot pad and hidey- hole.

Our cat was comfortable in this environment and his special needs due to his old age were met. Happy to take him back there.

Warm and welcoming. Easy check-in and check out. Clean and spacious with outdoor views. Large play area. Tracey is genuinely keen to ensure our 'Rev' has a relaxed and comfortable stay in this home away from home. Reassuring to know there is a great local Vet in case of emergency.

My cats were well looked after and didn't feel they needed to kill us when they came home for leaving them there. Always a good sign!

We left our two cats with Tracy over Christmas and New Year for 10 days. It was the first time putting them in a cattery so we were very picky about where to put them and were not disappointed that we chose Catsville. Tracy is a cat lover through and through and went out of her way to ensure the cats felt as comfortable as possible. When we picked them up they were happy and we had no concerns that they had not had a great time. Highly recommend using Catsville for your beloved kitties - even if you need to drive out from Melbourne like we did!

Tracy is one of the most cat-loving people I have ever met, and a dedicated and professional cattery owner. My cats Wally and Misty are always happy to stay with her. They are so relaxed and content at the end of their stay. When I go to collect my cats, Tracy takes a little while to hand them over - as she is busy giving them a last-minute cuddle and they are busy smooching with her. When they first stayed at Catsville, Tracy observed that my cats don't like any meat except fish - I hadn't realised that. Each room has an upper shelf to sleep on, and an entrance to the lovely little elevated individual outdoor area attached. There is no adjacent boarding kennel to upset my cats with barking (they don't like dogs!) Tracy's home pick-up and delivery service is a big help at a busy time. The best cattery I have ever found for my feline family.

Fantastic! Owner Tracey is kind, professional, willing to accommodate personal needs, certain food, meds, bedding etc. V clean pens with balconies, cosy sleeping areas and a large area for them to play in (seperate times to others). Understands worried owners and looks after the kits the way we look after them!!! We have been taking our kits to Catsville for 5 years, wouldn't go anywhere else. Tracey is wonderful and we feel really safe leaving our kits in her care. She is patient with us and loving to our kits, as well as being vigilent with their care.

Tracy has always been fantastic with feedback. Every time we leave Lulu and Pedro it's like sending them to a home away from home. They love being able to look out at the farm animals and wildlife.

Tracy is a lovely caring lady and made me feel very comfortable leaving Snowball with her. Snowball has stayed in other catteries interstate, but I have never been given any feedback as to how she copes, until she stayed with Tracy.

We left Oreo with Catsville during our holiday this Christmas. We were nervous since this is the first time we left our cat with a boarding cattery. We were particularly concerned as our cat is an anti-social cat that does not even like a cuddle. Tracy is helpful and understood our concerns when we called her a few times during the holiday. Oreo is now back home and is as happy as before.

Tracy always looks after our cat Gilly as though he was one of her own. Our pets have been staying at Catsville for over 5 years now and we are extremely happy with all aspects of the cattery.

We left our two cats here while overseas for 5 weeks. We were worried to leave them so long, but they loved it. They had adjoining pens, and did not seem upset when we finally returned. I even sent a postcard to the cats and Tracey put it on the door, which I thought was cute. I rang her to check and she was really happy to hear from us, giving us the latest news of our beloved cats.

I used Catsville when I went away for three weeks and wanted to make sure that my cats were being well taken care of. Tracey, the owner was wonderful. She made sure she knew each cats likes and dislikes, gave them each time in the playpen and cuddles every day. Each pen was also a good size, and mine got a double pen for a bit of extra room. Catsville also offers a pickup/delivery service.
