Worse couriers ever. Highly incompetent and customer service is non existent. Don’t complain to this courier service, complain to the companies that use them, then maybe this company will start losing business and actually do something about there absolutely appalling service.

Whatever you do, go elsewhere. Waited 10 days for them to collect, despite multiple follow ups, they never showed up. Gave up and cancelled, sent it through couriers please who actually managed to show up. I know "showing up" is setting the bar pretty low, but not low enough for fastways apparently

From experience I will never choose Fastway/Aramex again. Very disappointed. They are very, very slow (6 weeks to get from one side of city to another, according to their tracking information) and even then only half the consignment arrived. Just dreadful.

This company has no tracking information at all nothing when you buy something from ebay no tracking information is ever uploaded. When you go on there own website it still doesn't work nothing so people have to guess when the item is arriving. You can buy things from China and they have tracking in Australia nothing is getting developed this company needs to wake up and we're not in the 90s it's 2021 everything can be tracked get a new IT you definitely need one

On Friday 15th January 2021 I purchased a Powertrain Yoga Stability Disc Home Gym Pilate Balance Trainer Blue for $24 from Bunnings MarketLink but I never received the parcel since they deliberately lost it so I would avoid using this company since they obviously couldn't carless about their customers.

don't expect they know your package, even promised from Account Managers assured, super unprofessional ,frustrating deal with them. The only guys you can deal may be the CEO and warehouse manager below, good luck!

Would not recommend as they have lost 3 of my items allready and go to eBay site said using other couriers and they use slowway try talking to on phone and all they do is say they sorry if i run a business like this i would be broke just u mob of thriving picks so do use them

I highly DO NOT recommend these thieves they have now stolen from me 3 times!!!! The latest includes Xmas presents I am supposed to take to my hometown tomorrow. No one answers their phone or responds to "live" chat. Unfortunately the company I ordered from state that they use Couriers Please on their website which in this case they did not... ALWAYS ASK!! I did not think this useless "service" was even still in operation.

I booked a pick up online on Sunday night, it is now 6pm Tuesday and my parcel has still not been collected. I have rang them twice and was told someone would be coming out. Absolutely disgraceful service. Would never use them again and I urge others not to use them either. There are better courier companies out there I'm sure.

Nothing good to say about people who clearly are unable, unwilling and incapable of providing any sort of service. Also what a laugh, your "customer service team cannot operate the call centre from home"...OMG!!!! That is the classic recording a business which should in todays world..DIE OFF AND DO US ALL A FAVOUR!!!!

Message to: Don't bother with platitudes such as your clearly insincere "apologies", you have done nothing to remedy your poor service as evidenced by your reviews. A true apology would be followed by action. I doubt you even forward things to "departments" (if you even have any that is) you should be ashamed of yourself , but how do I get the feeling, you won't be. Sounds like your staff suck as well. Not that I have had a chance to "see them in action"

Also if you are going to "look into it" you are going to have to be mighty flexible.

Fast, but left a box CLEARLY marked 'live plants' IN THE SUN on the porch not near shaded front door at all. Had clearly also not paid attention to giant 'this way up' markings as it's the only plant order I'd had where some have been shaken loose of their plastic tube pots that are secured taped down inside.

Zero stars.
No clue why companies continue to use Fastaway couriers. Hopeless, and even worse, dishonest. Couriers lie about missed deliveries, no cards left, tracking indicates parcel delivered when no delivery even attempted. Customer service is poor - contact number is clogged with angry customers wondering where their deliveries are. If you are a business using couriers for your customers, please avoid this company - it only causes irritation and anger for your customers, and will lose your future business.

Constant lying company, rebooked couple of times still no show. Take as long as they like and customers got nothing can do. Depot only one in whole Melbourne expect customer to pick up themselves???? Please please please avoid this company, Do Not use them

WORST courier service I've ever used. We were home all day on the day that the delivery was expected yet found a card (with no attempted delivery time) in the mailbox. The telephone support is deplorable and due to the lack of confidence at organising a redelivery I decided to drive to their Depot in Port Melbourne to collect the goods myself. Upon arrival there were 5 other customers that had been waiting for quite some time. They appeared to be understaffed and lacked a system or procedures to find the boxes/parcels in the warehouse.

Worst service worst delivery speed unorganised do not care about thier customers. Do not stick to the time they state. They do not inform the customer of any changes. The service from the call centre is shockingly and aggravating. This is the only time i have been angered this much. Fastway is a disappointment. Any purchase that i will buy if i see they deliver with Fastway i will MAKE SURE NOT TO GET IT

If I could vote negative stars I would.

Simple do not use these scam artists/thieves.

I bought a costly item and seller insisted on using fastway. The item was never received yet fastway claim they have a signature on paper... despite that fact that I was interstate at the time. It’s most likely they STOLE the item and forged some bs scribble to claim it was collected.

DO NOT USE THEM.

Dealing with this company is VERY frustrating. Zero star if i could.
Courier text me twice - a parcel is coming on 17th or 18th Sept. Asking if it could be left if nobody home.
I text back yes, on porch, please.
Nothing arrived.
No card in mailbox.
After 2 texts to courier, 1 call to depot and numerous emails i am no closer to resolving it.
Telling me i need a delivery code for Fastway to help me is nothelpful seeing as i was NOT given 1 from them!!!!
Generally feeling i am being given the run around and Fastway are not interested.
Now 5th Oct and it just continues........

Still waiting on a delivery that was marked on the tracking order as delivered. Was fearful of being out of pocket and product, so I called the pickup point to find out what the story was, and they had messed up the delivery address, so why has it been marked off as delivered when no one received it? They are thieves and liars, which, in my opinion makes them criminals. I will be making sure that if I order something now that I will request another courier company, and I will be telling everyone I know to do the same thing. One thing that impressed me was the number of complaints made about Fastway, so well done in that department.

You must NOT use Fastway couriers. I have never come across such a dishonest and incompetent business. After many bad experiences we have to instruct all our suppliers to NOT use this courier. Unfortunately a supplier occasional and unwittingly engages Fastway and we have to go through the nightmare of trying to get our goods. Fastway will accept goods for delivery even to areas they do not service. I have spoken to the local driver in the Shepparton area and he flatly refuses to drive a few hundred meters past his service area limit and will instead return goods to Bendigo or Geelong. How is this not criminal behaviour? Apparently he is on probation according to head office but we still have to chase down parcels that have been redirected 100s of kilometres away. Fastway even have the cheeck to send you a text message advising goods have been delivered when they have actually been sent back to the depots. Many parcels we never see again and have to negotiate refunds with the suppliers and those that do finally get through after being resent with another courier can be over a month later. The head office have sent me the following message -- ", I sincerely apologise for the bad service you have experienced with us at Fastway Couriers, please be assured that your comments will be passed on as we take all feedback seriously and discuss it regularly with our depots and managers. --- Well that was 7 months ago and the service is only getting worse. You have been warned!

“FASTWAY” what a joke, having had a number of parcels delivered by them and not one delivered promptly and 2 go astray I seriously think the name should be changed to “SLOW-WAY” And their communication is just as slow.

Fastway drivers constantly lie about delivery attempts. I have CCTV above my door and know for sure that they never even bother to attempt deliveries, but they still mark them as failed attempts on the tracker. Every time I get a package through them I have to go to the depot and pick it up myself. Do everything you can to kill this business, there's no point in a courier company that doesn't deliver packages.

Bought a couple of items through eBay and when I realized that it was meant to be delivered by FASTWAY, I knew I was going to have problems...
Called customer service a few times and got treated with no respect at all!
Spoke to [Redacted personal identifier] who told me that he didnt know why my parcel didnt get delivered (as the address was correct) and that it was going back to the depot to be returned to the seller. When I asked him to call them and stop it from happening, he simply said: "Thank you for calling Fastway, have a good day, bye now" and hung up on me!
This company is a JOKE and I dont understand why some people still use their services!
This company is DISGRACEFUL and have NO RESPECT for the people they are servicing!

To all the sellers out there, do yourself and ourselves a favor: DO NO WORK WITH FASTWAY!!!

I am very frustrated and angry about the customer service i received from Fastway Courier. It was the worst customer service i've experienced, the call centre did nothing and kept on feeding me lies . The delivery car never came to my residence on the day of the delivery and didn't even bother to leave a calling card. I had to followup with Fastway through email and phonemail. My emails were never replied, and the customer service assistants were useless and plain liars. Finally, my parcel was delivered a week after the intended date, and the delivery man, Harish (Driver's plate CVG-05S) didn't even have the decency to leave the delivery truck to properly delivery my parcel to my doorstep, he just threw it to my door. That is an incredibly poor display of work attitude and customer service. I will never use the services of Fastway Courier, and will strongly no recommend anyone of thinking of using Fastway as their delivery service.

I am very disappointed with their service (more of their franchisee's) service. Received email saying delivery OTW, sat home all afternoon waiting for it watching the 'track your driver app' only to get an update at 4:15pm with 'failed delivery @ 2:28pm) and calling card left. [Redacted inflammatory comment] - the driver was not in the vicinity at all until after 3 pm! There was no calling card left as to do so he would have had to access the building, which he did not. Tried calling him, phone was off. Call fastway and I'm given the same [Redacted inflammatory comment], asked to change address, get told that it will be at a cost. Why should it be at a cost to me when your employees/contractors are slacking? Can't even get a guarantee that the driver will stop at my building the next time!!! This is just piss poor service.

Bad, worse, WORST!
The courier (Melbourne, Bayside area) never attempted to deliver my parcel. Customer service said a calling card was left. After I told her that there is no calling card, she said it may have flown away. What a bunch of nonsense! As this is the second time, I wonder whether Fastway is doing this on purpose as they charge a re-delivery fee.

NEVER USE FASTWAY. My parcel is sitting in the depot for over a week. I have called everyday and they can't tell me why it hasn't been delivered. I have tried calling and emailing and nothing.

Rung the Brisbane number to complain and you end up speaking to someone in another country! There is no way of speaking to someone here in Brisbane!!
