I'm not with the westpac bank, but when i went into the campsie branch, to ask info on a company account that I needed to deposit money, the man was very helpful and was able to answer all my questions - not the norm in some banks.

If you have a list of day to day items, especially things like baby food / dvd's and kitchen ware, head to Big w, certainly the cheapest prices I've found.
