Why would I want to tick my choices on a giant paper menu and then traipse up to the counter? Why would I want to pay $9 for two tiny chicken 'croquettes' supposedly chicken fritters. Trendy but for people whose mission is good service, food value etc, don't bother. When I go to a restaurant, I want the waiter to write down my order and I don't want to stand and wait at a counter. Not the best tapas restaurant. Pizzas very good but tapas overpriced.
If you like listening to shop attendants talking about their dog's skin rashes, dead possums, and other suburban things while standing 6 inches away from you while you try to make your sweet selections - you'll love this store. Service has always been a bit iffy here and they succeed simply because they have a product that people want. but look out - here comes the recession, so best try and pick up on the customer service guys. Can vary from the efficient and perfunctory to slightly pleasant. No more.
