All the staff are friendly, helpful and courteous. They stand out thou because they are 'Disabled' aware and kind. This is not my experience very often in shops sadly. So when as a disabled person you experience this outstanding customer services they get my thanks and gratitude.

Bella' is a family business, Sera (manager) has been cutting my hair 1year now and she is excellent! She listens and does what you want, also makes suggestions about trying this and that or clour etc. Staff are friendly and I'm impressed how the family is involed in community fundraising events for charities!
