While there is always a wait at this surgery, and the waiting room certainly isnt the prettiest, Dr Josefsberg is perhaps the best GP I have seen as she takes the time to listen to the problem you are having and works with you to come up with a solution. She isnt the kind of doctor to just dismiss you because you have symptoms that are quite general.
Love the icecream here - cookies and cream, cookie dough and hot fudge sauce for me! It is expensive and the wait is usually quite long as they always seem short staffed, if you do need an ice cream fix on a hot night this is a great place to go!
Good italian restaurant in Malvern. The service can sometimes be a bit rough and they do rush you through your meal (We had a dinner for 8 people there in less than an hour!) but the food is good. I can recommend the home made tortelini in sage burnt butter sauce - sooo yum! The portion sizes arent huge, but it leaves room for dessert!
I don't know why this place is so well liked, as I have eaten here many many times (It is a favourite of my mothers, so we keep having to go back!) and the food is always average and in one instance I found a piece of plastic in my food and rather than offer me another meal they simply took the dish away and said they'd "fix" it for me, and I left hungry! It is average pasta, average service and an average restaurant that somehow people seem to go back to!
To really experience this place at its best, dining in is your best option as the takeaway just doesn't taste nearly as good! The food is extremely flavoursome and delicious and is a great place to get your thai food fix!
It might be easy to drive past this place, as it looks tiny and seems a little like a hole in the wall. However, after hearing that it was voted the best thai restaurant in Melbourne at one stage, we decided to give it a try as it was literally around the corner from our house.
The decor inside is surprisingly nice, modern and comfortable. It makes a great spot for a dinner out with friends as it is central to get to and as a small restaurant, not too crowded or noisy.
What makes it worth the trip, though, is the food. While slightly more expensive than your typical thai restaurant, it is SO good. The offerings are also a little different to your typical curries, with the chef favouring a seasonal approach to dishes. Well worth trying!
As a first home buyer, the people from Phillip Webb were great to deal with. They werent overly pushy as many others were and actually helped us to find the place we were after, rather than just anything that fit within our budget. If we ever go to sell, we will see them first.
A great place for a manicure or pedicure - they have a huge array of colours on offer and place a big emphasis on hygiene as you purchase your own "nail kit" to be used. The girls are friendly and do a good job.
One of the best places to get your nails done in this area. They do a good job, and the massage chairs are great when you are getting a pedicure! I highly recommend them
Only visited here the once, as I didn't live in the area long but they were a good salon and my hairdresser was friendly. Haircut was good, but not the best I have ever had however. Worth trying however as I have had friends who have received great cuts from them.

I agree - since the secretary has left (which was a fantastic decision by this doc), the clinic is far more organised and you no longer need to hear the daily whinge from this clearly unhappy person - I don't wish her any spite in return - she just needed to find a different profession ( the secretary I mean)
