Hosted my business website under the business hosting package. This was going along fine until the server was going down each night for a few minutes. Support just said the there was nothing they could do about it. One Saturday the website was down for the whole day and I was unable to contact Support as they are only open in business hours! This was really detrimental to my business (losing lost of customers who order online) so I promptly moved to a more professional and expensive service provider!

I run a small business and my computer is my lifeline. I got a windows error which meant I couldn't use any applications. Called Your IT Guy and a technician came out the next day. He fixed the problem in a few minutes and help install some additional hardware to get the computer running faster. It only cost $75 to have my business up and running again!

Initially we were quoted $80 an hour, they then called up the day before and said they thought we needed a bigger truck and were going to charge $120! This was sorted out though, and we went with the original quote.

The two guys turned up on time which was great, as it was an early start, both were very friendly. I had a few of my friends to help, but then got the impression that the removal guys were observing rather than moving when my friends started shifting furniture, but we got a little system going and started working together. We were paying by the hour so I was getting frustrated when they would get a piece of furniture into the truck then spend 5 to 10 minutes rearranging the truck to get the furniture in safely.

However in the end we got everything safely to our new home and within a decent time-frame, that didn't go over my initial estimate by too much.

I have always found it hard to trust car mechanics. Ray and his team will always let you know what needs doing now and what can wait and are upfront about costs.
