I have tried plenty of diets in the past and seen a few Dietitians but Daniel was able to provide some achievable diet tips which has seen the weight fall off me in the past 3 months. I feel great again and have lots more energy the past part is I am out exercising. The lifestyle changes have been great. I would highly recommend their services.
