My whole body was in pain when I started Pilates here, now I have some areas that have massively reduced pain & other areas that are now pain free. I love the booking time flexibility, I love having my own program meaning I've been able to advance at my own pace, & I'm not surprised I have gotten such great results considering there's always a staff watching & helping, & considering the staff have much more body & exercise knowledge then any other studio I've been too. Part of my awesome results is because they help you understand what to do if an area flares up so that you can start calming it straight away & don't have to wait to be able to get there for a session to get help. I highly recommend this studio, it is unique, it's client orientated, I haven't had this level of exercise & rehab help from any of my previous Pilates or Physio places.
