After a motorbike accident a few years ago my lower back was progressively getting worse. I was told about Core Physiotherapy & Pilates from a friend but had never tried physio before. I felt amazing after my first session. I couldn’t even sit long enough to watch a movie at the cinema but now I am thinking I may be able to get on a motorbike again!
