As other reviewers have pointed out, its painfully average. You can eat for ten bucks, which has to be appreciated, but there are many better places to do it in nicer locations. Try Pontoon in Darling Harbour instead for a cheap feed of similar style but greater standards.

A bar with cocktails good enough to challenge my masculinity and drop the beer for a night, got to be pretty impressive. Stand out features being friendly, playful staff and the food, which I didnt try, but certainly looked great. Quite pricey, otherwise great.

In Sydneys terms this place offers reasonably cheap drinks, but you wont want to stay long due to a lack of atmosphere. Cocktails are the most reasonably priced offering, given what you get for your money. Not much else to report.

Great value meals, specials every day, speciality beers and generally chilled out atmosphere. Enough said.

Reasonably priced drinks, which is very uncharacteristic of Darling Harbour, absolutely brilliant atmosphere, which is very characteristic of Darling Harbour, and basic but great meals for between 8 and 12 dollars, and great nightlife as you get later into the night. Lovely place to sit during the day and kill time reading your book with a burger.

Nice and small local feel shop, but a great selection aswell. Also slightly less than you would expect to pay in a shop catering for the health food bubble.

Not a great deal to say in any department, as is the case for many businesses in timid Hervey Bay. Better value than most, slightly more for your money than in other places, not quite as central as it could be but even still, particularly if you have the facilities to drive.

Nice Thai food in an area where Oriental food is not nearly as available as it would be in a bigger city, so you cant complain. Reasonably priced and reasonable service (but dont expect better) not the nicest place to sit and eat either, get takeaway instead.

Really difficult to complain about this place, its not spectacular or exemplary on any front but when you are staying in budget accommodation then you are kidding yourself to expect the extraordinary. Very pleasant stay overall, nice and clean, not too heavy going and generally felt pretty safe.

Strengths include significantly cheaper ticket prices compared to larger cinemas, but obviously given this you lose out on the big cinema glamour factor. Also, as may be much more significant for some than for others, the sound quality, image, screen size and acoustics suffer quite heavily as a result of being in a small and none purpose built building. The service is friendly and relaxed, and the confectionary is also much cheaper than one might expect, all in all its a cinema, and it does its job, its just not a night out.
Take note of cheap tuesdays, $9 per adult.
