My family and I had booked a table for a Sunday lunch. We were seated promptly but not offered menus or drinks. We waited 10 minutes before we had to go up and ask for menus. We then sat for another 20 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. We had our drink and food order taken and then waited another 10 minutes for the drinks, only to be served one soft drink with no ice and the other with next to no ice. The food was reasonably promptly served after complaining about the wait. Well, after feeling very disappointed by that stage and feeling like we should leave, we ate our meals and wow, really, really enjoyed the food (but were never asked if we needed more drinks). Our plates were cleared but we weren't asked if we wanted coffee and we had to go up and find someone to ask for the bill. An overall disappointing dining experience.

My friends and I had booked in for lunch. Wow, what a fabulous place. Overlooking the beautiful ocean, on a cliff top. It has a fantastic atmosphere, very friendly staff, unbelievable food, somewhere you could spend the whole afternoon eating and drinking. When pulling up to park it is very deceiving, looks like a beach cafe but the surprise is inside!

When arriving in Port Elliot friends and I were searching somewhere for lunch when we decided to drive down to the beach and found this little gem. What a fantastic place to eat, drink and relax the day away! I had crumbed prawns and chips, served in a takeaway cone, a glass of wine with a fantastic view. The food was outstanding and very reasonably priced. We later returned for coffee and cake!

We attended a private function at Zootz. The atmosphere was fantastic, service was great, entertainment great and we thought it was a fantastic place, a place we hadn't even considered, for a private party. Definitely consider having our next special occasion there!

My husband, daughter and I had booked in for dinner. We had been told they were very busy that night but they could accommodate us. We were greeted pleasantly but the service from the time we sat down was very poor. We weren't offered a kids menu or even suggested something suitable for our daughter. We waited quite some time before anyone came over to take drink orders and then waited again for food orders. It seemed as we had been forgotten as people came and went and we hadn't even eaten. The food was lovely, on the higher price end. I received an apology as I paid the bill for not being given the best service.

I put a bike on layby for my daughter's birthday. I paid a deposit and was told the layby was for one month. The bike was to be put out the back until I collected and paid the balance. On my return a few weeks later to collect the bike, it had been sold. As it was the only one they had in stock, at a fantastic price, they would have to order one in which would take approximately 3 days. As I needed the bike before then I was given my deposit back and I was then on the hunt for a bike at the last minute. The staff member was very apologetic and did offer to order another one in. I was disappointed and angry as when I had walked into the store she had shown me a different bike than I had actually put away.

I have visited many natural therapists over the years but this one is by far the best. A blood sample is taken and your blood tells the story. Any medical problems can be addressed and you can then be put on the best natural supplements to get you on the path to feeling great. I have lacked energy for years and I am now getting the help I need. I can feel my energy levels increasing and I believe I have now finally found someone, after many years of GP and other specialist appointments, that can help, and has helped.

You will definitely feel pampered and special after leaving this place. I went in for some waxing and ended up returning for pedicures, manicures, and most importantly, the enzyme therapy for acne & congestion. I have suffered all my life with bad skin, even as an adult. I had a consultation and was so very impressed with their knowledge and caring nature I went ahead with the therapies. Although quite expensive it is so very worth it. I had pleasing results pretty much instantly and six months on my skin is fantastic. Well worth the money considering how much I have spent on products that claimed they worked and never ever did. I did go into it with doubts, but wow, what fantastic results. A very relaxing and peaceful experience when you enter this place! Love it!

I took my puppy in for her first grooming and I was a little nervous. I hadn't owned a puppy before and was not sure how or what to do! Julie was very helpful in recommending grooming options. I was uneasy leaving my puppy there but the premises were welcoming and Julie was reassuring. Well, when I picked my pup up, let's just say she looked like a new dog. They had done a fantastic job and I would definitely return.

We met friends for lunch before a football game and were dining with two children, one with particular food allergies. We were offered alternatives for the children and the size of the meals were generous without being ridiculous for a child. The food service was prompt but the drink service could have been improved, rather than just taking away empty glasses they could have offered another drink or coffee. When asked for a bottle of water for the table, it never came. The meals were fantastic, couldn't fault them. Unfortunately there wasn't a great selection of dessert or cakes/slices to have with coffee, although the coffee was great. The food was great but customer service could be improved.
