This business gives you a great feeling: it's locally owned and operated, has understanding and helpful staff that aren't pushy at all and don't mind if you take awhile to make up your mind (in my case, 6 months!). And they let me leave my needy dog tied up in their back courtyard while I checked out the beds! If you're nice to my dog you get a big tick of approval that's hard to tarnish :D

I purchased a King Deluxe and Melaleuca frame nearing the $2,900 mark - that's the same $ ballpark as a similar product at a business like The Comfort Shop or Harvey Norman (in fact the Natural Bedding Co is way better) but these guys are supplying a local product and ethically made (as far as I can tell). Don't shop at a major chain when you can support local!

The wait time was quite long - over a month - but since I'd taken so long to make up my mind anyway that wasn't a problem for me. Also since it's made to order, what do you expect? It would be a bit of a worry if they delivered next day!

The guys delivering the frame had to come back a few times on the delivery day as they mixed up my slat base with someone elses but that actually turned out to be quite amusing and they were really apologetic and good about keeping me in the loop.

Most importantly - the bed is amazing! Soooo good! FANTASTIC! I wish I'd bought it years ago :) But I had to save up first ;) It's worth it!
