Nello was more than helpful. The two bikes I had serviced are now running amazing and Nello was more than happy to explain everything that he did and why. I am very happy to have found Rapid Wrench.

My 2017 Giant Talon is running like new. The second bike is also running like new. Riding is now fun again.

I without doubt will be using them for my next bike service or repair. Highly recommend
