It took nearly a month and over 6 hours of phone calls to get a phone connected for a 85 year old lady. I spent hours chasing my tail, getting transferred all over the place. Then to ad insult to injury, the phone gets connected and then a technician comes out to do the job already done. I especially "loved" the call centres getting their numbers up by talking to you for approx 1-2 minutes, putting you on hold then hanging up - doesn't solve the problem, but makes their call completion nubers better. Bahhhhhhh

Offer fantastic programs for special needs kids. More than willing to work with families on prompting great outcomes for the kids. The teachers are great and really encourage and build the kids self esteem. A school to be proud of.
Prompt service, able to suggest some great ideas and come up with a terrific signage solution, well within budget. Does some great boat name signage too!
Picked up the car - no worries and delivered it to the required destination. Happy chatty driver that put you at ease. Wasn't concerned about going with him in the truck.
Booked a holiday. It was cancelled by the airline as they don't travel there any longer. Travel Agent took the flight booking fee as a service fee, not refunding the entire amount. Left a sour taste in our mouths.
Provide a good child care option. Assistants are good with the kids and they provide a wide range of services and good vacation program. The interaction with the Police is also good for some of the kids.
Always willing to help, bend over backwards to get you what you need. Second hand section with all sorts of goodies. Friendly, straight forward service with a smile.
Terrific range of hardy plants, a few bargains for those plants needing some TLC and service is friendly. They also don't look at you like you have two heads if you don't know exactly what plant you are looking for or what you need.
I had a new garden bed made from scratch, had a fence repaired and straightened and my garden got a great big clean up and haircut - he also mowed the lawn as a final tidy up!
