The website is easy to navigate, they keep you informed via phone call &/or email of the progress of your purchase, the delivery guys arrange a suitable time, keep you updated and arrive when they say they will. Item arrived as described and not only that, they took away all the packaging and even offered to dispose of the old appliance. Above and beyond in all aspects which is rare these days. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
