Last time I went on a trip to Melbourne with my girlfriend. We would like to minimize our spending as we were traveling around Australia(long long trip ;)). We decided to stay a Saturday night in this hotel as the hotels charges the most on Sat. When we booked online, we just looked at the pictures of the room provided by the hotel, and did not made any research on it. The pictures was really nice, it looks tidy and clean, so I decided to give it a try and booked a double room. After I open the door of our room, i was shocked. It is totally different to what it looks on the picture. The bed liners are disgusting, it looks like it had been used for ages. There are stain on the carpet. Everything in the room is so dirty. There was disgusting smell in the room, I need to open the window and the door for an evening to blow off the smell. The shared toilet is really horrible as well. I ended up not having shower that night. My girlfriend and I was thinking about sleeping or just stay on the street that night. She was crying and feeling cheated. We just didn't want to stay any longer in that room. Luckily, we went on a camping trip before coming here, and have a sleeping bag with us, so we can sleep in our sleeping bag in the room. I am glad that we only booked one night in this hotel, it was a nightmare. How can they call themselves a "HOTEL"???
