Having arrived late i to Canberra, ( Kingston), and did not want to go out for food, we decided to take advantage of the menu on the fridge, and order food in. We were told the order would be around an hour, which was OK at the time. After an 1 1/2 we rang to check on the order, and was told it would be another 10 mins. An hour later still no order. We at this stage went down to Kingston, found somewhere to eat, and returned back to our unit. We rang again and they were quite rude to us, saying they were busy, being a Friday night and then hung up. The order did arrive at reception 3 1/4 hours later, which we refused.

We were staying in the area, and were looking for a place for breakfast. Somewhere to chat and have a coffee etc. The cafe was full at the time we called, around 10am, but were only to happy to find us a table within 10 minutes. Food was great , quick service, and fair price considering the area.

I have heard and read about this Pizza cafe. They dont make those types you get from Pizza hut or Dominos. These are the authentic on. Thin base and genuine fresh toppings and sauces. They might be a little more expensive, but worth the extra cost. Very friendy atmosphere. Worth the trip if you dont live in the area.

I have been shopping around for a while looking at computers. Not sure whether to upgrade or just get a new box. I have not made a purchase as yet, but found this firm to be very competitive. I dont want fancy bits and peaces, just the basics. I was was given a really good price for the box on its own. A pretty good chance I will go back there. And course they are local business.

We have just finished doing a makeover in our small back yard. We wanted plants that were drought tolerant and native flowers. We found they had a varied choice to pick from, and gave us great advise on what we required. As we have an ongoing project we will definitely be back.

Having visited The Old Bus Terminal Markets,in Canberra, we came across a honey supplier. The brand of the honey got us "Poo's Goo". They had several types of honey to sample. The price was OK. If your a honey lover, I am sure they can accommodate you.

I have been looking for cat grass seed or plants. Just happened to pop in to this nursery on the off chance. I asked at the front counter, but was advised they did not sell either. I found the cat grass plants in the herb section. I was a little surprised when I told them at the counter, when they advised me they dont know every plant in stock

Service very slow, waiters unsure of where tables were, 30 minutes from seating until order taken. Had to get own cutlery and water/glasses from another empty table. When taking order, waitress stated that sandwiches are pre-made and unable to swap bread-type. Other items listed on menu not available (waitress seating us only indicated 1 item not available). 40 minute wait for meal. When finally got, meal was reasonable. Batter on fish overcooked, vegetarian panini bland, roast ok (though took a bit to determine meat-type). Coffees luke-warm. Would suggest heating plates and cups to keep meals warm.
