We were doing a walk around the city of Adelaide and decided we needed a cuppa. Called in Dome and ordered 2 mocha's to take away. The girl who was serving us noticed we had some thermal mugs and asked if we would like to have the drin ks in them. How thoughtful, and even gave us a discount for using our own mugs.

a small group of 6 called in for an ale and morning tea. exceptional service and price were great value for money. Because of our experience, we all decided to go back for lunch. The food was cooked to perfection and their in house German beer, was also an experience. Meals were served fast, not that that was a problem, we had all the time in the world

We were booked into Rydges through Great Southern Railway. The service was exceptional and well priced. We found the meals were a little overpriced, hence we went to the hotel a few doors away. Not very obliging when it came to booking muliple cabs for our group to return to Keswick terminal

My wife had just popped in to have a look at some ear rings. The owners had the best sense of humour, and were only to happy to show us many items. Because of their honesty my wife ended up buying a few pieces. eg ear rings and necklace and broach. They also gave a an excellent discount.

We ended up here by mistake, thinking it was another tea shop in the same suburb. We found out that the other tea shop had closed down. The staff were very helpful in every way. The customer service I would rate at 15 out 10. Great selection of teas, great snacks and good prices. Very relaxed atmosphere. We purchased a number of packets of tea and a few gifts to take back home. Well done. Nothing was a bother. No stupid answers, from stupid questions.

Looking for somewhere quick, this is it. Unfortunatley, the staff are tad confused as to whose order is whose. The meet and greet person, needs a little help with customer service skills. While we were waiting to pay the bill, a staff member, did not excuse herself, whilst trying to get through our family to another lot of customers. A simple " excuse me etc" goes a long way. The food was very ordinary, and the overhaul impression of the cafe was it needed a little bit TLC
