I love the food here as it is of the highest quality of food, however I am always disappointed by the service. The staff always seem rushed and occassionally can come across rude.
When getting take away, I stick to the delicious gelato and I now generally prefer to eat elsewhere just for the service. Food is good though.

After shopping for 5 hours I was almost to the point of finding the perfect gift for my niece. Until I walked into Prouds at Parramatta. I was greeted with a smile and although they were busy, the sales assistant acknowledged me and said that she wouldn't be too long. I like that in a sales assistant. When she did come over, I asked to see all heart jewellery boxes. She brought them all over, polished them up and assisted me in chosing the right one. Was extremely helpful and to top it off, there was a surprise discount of 25% at the register! That made for a happy me.

Went in looking for something very specific. While the shop was crowded with Christmas shoppers I was served straight away. The man serving me was friendly and offered me a range of products to chose from. This is the first store to stock the item that I was after which is very helpful. Prices are at Recommended Retail. Service was with a smile and I will definitely return.

Booked an appointment by dropping in last week. I didn't know what kind of style of cut I wanted. The hairdresser sat and chatted with me to talk about different options and was very open and understanding as to my preferences and was also able to suggest things without me freaking out. Very polite staff which is rare these days.
When i returned for my hair cut, I didn't have to wait and was straight in a chair getting my hair washed. We talked about styles again and I found she was very personable and in the end was a perfectionist just like me. She made sure I was happy and never kept me waiting between the wash and cut.
Very much recommend to anyone.

9 times out of 10 you will get fantastic service and good food here which is why I gave them a generally high rating. This particular time I found something on the menu that I liked but wasn't available. I ended up going through 3 items before I found something that was available! Turned out they had run out of cucumber and lamb. The food I did get was good but more organisation could have been better.

Went in on the weekend and got a $10 steak. Value is good and food was ok. It's a nice quiet pub which is what I like about it. Menu is a variety of asian and australian cuisine and is well priced and fast service.

Friday drinks, Casual lunch, punting on the races or watching a big game. No matter what reason I am down there I always enjoy it. The staff are friendly and the food is INCREDIBLE. Very reasonably priced and delicious. I recommend the Prawn Salad. :)

Bay Gourmet pizza deliver pizzas on time and with quality. On one occasion I ordered a pick up pizza and was in a hurry when I arrived to pick it up. The staff were friendly and nice enough to process my order as quickly as possible.

I frequently visit this restaurant on my way home and am always greeted with a smile and a "Mushi mushi". :) Their sushi train is amazing with fresh sushi made to order if you request. And their menu is refreshing. Highly recommend.
