Barry was a traditional no-nonsense tradie, after I called and left a message the next day he text me with some questions popped in the next day to check the job and quote (spot on time), came the next day (spot on time again) and completed the job (bricking up a hot water service hole in our wall) in good time and great quality. No fuss.
