Worst customer service that I have ever experienced and don't even deserve a one star. Just like the previous reviewer the lady on the phone was the rudest and obnoxious person I have ever come across. I then asked to speak to the General Manager who acted like he was a CEO of a multinational company. All because I refused to sit there for two hours waiting for the repairman arrived and then the whole time it was repaired which they insist is company policy. I have never had to do that in my life for any repair. Reading the other reviews, I am glad I didn't agree to sit there the whole time if they didn't turn up or didn't end up fixing. Not a way to run a successful business and I wonder how they survived and if the owner knows how rude the staff are and how willing they are to lose jobs.

Agree with other reviewer - admin staff a bit ordinary (definitely put me off going there again once my baby is better). Bad service and do not know how to run a business however, the swim staff are amazing so you try and put up with it. Been like this for years - management need to hire more efficient and friendly admin staff who market the business and are competent
