I contacted Rapid Response as I had a problem with a leaking toilet. He came and quoted me at a very reasonable price. He explained to the what the problem was, what needed to be done and repaired, including time and the cost involved before proceeding. No hidden costs and loved that! Toilet is working and I haven't had the same problem again! Unlike other tradies, he managed to clean up afterwards too.. :-)
