We have very good dealings with the staff at this newsagent. They are always friendly and smiling. We visit here often each week for lotteries and newspapers. They also offer a range of children's educational literature which I have found very helpful and useful for my son. They are reasonably priced and a convenient part of richmond marketplace.

This is our local medical centre and convenient as it is a part of the shopping centre, however the waits are generally 1+ hours. Most of the medical receptionists here are very friendly but some always seem to be having a bad day and are in a bad mood. The drs are always very thorough in their examinations and work well with young children. It is a great service as it is attached to the local chemist which makes getting your script filling much easier.

Kitch n things is a beautiful gift shop located in the middle of richmond marketplace. I recently attended the store to purchase a gift for my mother. The store is full of quality boutique style knick knacks and decorative pieces. The store itself is very cramped and I would not recommend taking your children inside as there are very very many breakables. The ladies are always smiling and helpful and try to cater to your needs. The goods are carefully packaged when you make your purchases to avoid them breaking on the trip home. My mother really enjoyed her gift and asked me where I was hiding this secret store. Some items are a little pricey but are worth it for their quality.

The staff in this chemist are particularly friendly and helpful. In my experience at this store they are always willing to assist you whether you require a script to be filled, over the counter medication and items located around the store. My son is allergic to band aids and latex . The pharmacist went above and beyond my expectations and found us a product suitable for his needs we were very grateful for her help.

This review is for Thuy Yuen Bakery, Richmond NSW

This is a great local bakery, easy and convenient. Much cheaper than their competitors and its all baked fresh daily. When is was working, I would purchase 2 cheese n bacon rolls and 2 apricot Danish every day. The cheese n bacon rolls were always still warm if not hot as they had just come out of the oven. The lady who works the counter was sick one day so the baker was there on his own and when i went to buy my rolls, he opened the shop and served me even tho he was on his own and the shop was technically closed. I get all of my bread rolls and bakery goods from here.

Approximate cost: $2.40

This review is for Panarottis Pizza & Pasta, Penrith NSW

Panarottis is quite expensive for the service they offer. Staff can be rude when the restaurant is busy. The food is pleasant but does not justify the exorbitant prices. I do however like the idea of giving the children some dough to create their own baked goodies with, good idea for keeping them entertained.

Have had many good experiences here as I take my partner and son here to get there hair cut every few weeks. The ladies who work here are always pleasant and friendly and greet you with a smile on their faces. There is never a long wait generally no longer than a 5-10 minute wait which is good when you have a small child. They re very accommodating for small children and make it a tantrum free easy time getting Mr 5's haircut. Hubby's always happy with his haircuts and particularly enjoys the scalp massages that they offer. Would definitely recommend to others especially those with small children. Thanks Just Cuts!

This review is for Macquarie Pizza Place, Richmond NSW

We have purchased pizzas from here a few times and they are always extremely good, service is okay, it wouldn't hurt the staff to smile once in a while. Good variety of pizzas. We recently tried their pasta selection and were less than happy. Found it to be a very small portion and quite expensive. The pasta we had wasn't quite right, and left me feeling nauseated. Needless to say we won't be dining there again which is unfortunate as there aren't many good pizza places around here.

This review is for Toowoon Bay Holiday Park, Toowoon Bay NSW

This has to be hands down the best holiday park our family has ever visited. We took our then 4 yr old son for a brief holiday and were amazed at how much the park offered. As it was school holidays there were an abundance of children's activities that were either free or very cheap. My son particularly enjoyed the jumping pillow and the swimming pools. We stayed in a cabin over looking the beach and were amazed by the views and luxuries that were offered. A beautiful relaxed atmosphere and clean environment. Would definitely recommend this business to families with children of all ages.

This review is for Barenz, Camden NSW

My mum and I took the two kids (12 & 5) to Barenz last weekend for afternoon tea. We walked in to a pleasant atmosphere, and were greeted bay friendly waitress who directed us straight to a table. Within 5 minutes of sitting down we were asked if we were ready to order, which we were. We ordered a Nutella pizza, cappuccino, juice and 2 waters. Our drinks were ready and on the table within 8 or so minutes . Cappuccino was delicious and the water came out in a large chilled bottle with four glasses each with a slice of lemon, lovely touch I thought and it refreshed the water. Approximately 10 minutes later the waitress brought out our Nutella pizza. It looked amazing. Each slice had a big fat juicy sweet strawberry on it, dusted with icing sugar and a big scoop of chocolate gelato in the middle. The kids were in their element and mum and I felt comfortable and relaxed and able to chat while the kids ate. The pizza was probably the best dessert pizza I have ever tried, other restaurants make their base to floury or doughy or they just used a per made one. You could really tell that the base had been freshly made and was cooked to perfection. Overall it was a very enjoyable experience and a family friendly environment. I would definitely recommend it to other couples/families.
