From the start they were friendly and personable to deal with ... a real relief after a range of other couriers were either disinterested or placed the assignment in the too hard basket. The box dutifully arrived on time, and their attention to detail in designing the packaging specifically for the type of goods meant not a leaf was broken and no soil spilt.
