We've recently switched to Red Energy and found our bills to have drastically reduced in price and I'm impressed with their customer service. Last week I couldn't get through on their phone service to pay our bill - they were having problems, so I sent an email to the general enquiries address and someone actually rang back! They gave us our discount for paying on time, even though we'd passed the date, because we had been having trouble getting through. That's service!

I had Corelly Electrics come to my house to give me some advice on lighting up my dimly lit kitchen. I had an idea in mind about the sort of lights I wanted and the electrician explained how the positioning of the lights would light it up. His advice was invaluable. I went and bought the lights I liked and he came back and installed them. The lights are fantastic, his advice was spot on. I didn't want any shadowy spots in my kitchen and there isn't one. He installed three hanging lights as features and then another three downlights, which was actually less than I thought I wanted. It was nice to employ a tradesman who didn't try to rip me off by encouraging me to get more, when less was absolutely perfect. He was clean and tidy, we had a few laughs and he explained everything he had to do, making sure I was happy with the work before he even started. I would have no hesitation in recommending him or using him again.
