If you enjoy visiting zoos, then this place is a must see. Its an incredible place which I would describe as a safari park rather than a zoo. I felt like I was in Africa. You can drive around in your car to the various animal enclosures. The dirt roads are wide and there is plenty if parking space. You can also bring your own bike or hire one and explore the zoo this way. There are plenty of covered picnic areas. This zoo is enormous and there are many different areas to explore. It took me a good 2 days to have a thorough look at this place.

The maritime village is wonderful but you can't miss experiencing the award winning light show. This is the highlight of this place and I would strongly recommend attending this. Definately, one of the best light shows I have ever seen. It was brilliant, extremely entertaining and the duration of the show was perfect. Money well spent. Young and old will remember this experience.

This is a must see attraction. The reconstruction of how Ballarat once use to look like is simply amazing. Gold mining areas, shops and village life have been perfectly re-created to look like the real thing, that you actually feel you are in another era. The staff all wear period dress as well. There are also constant tours, demonstrations and live performances that are frequently taking place. You can even have a go at gold panning. If you need to relax, there are plenty of areas to sit down in and there is also a big eatery, cafe, bakery and other refreshment areas. They run a special tour at night, which is superb and not to be missed. The history of Ballarat and the Gold rush is explained in detail and then you get to see a fantastic light show. People of all ages will thoroughly enjoy this place.

A great place to spend the day with the whole family. Plenty of things to keep everyone entertained. The picnic areas and bbq facilities are really good and there's plenty of open spaces to sit around in. They have a fabulous putt putt golf course as well. You are guaranteed to have a fantastic day out.

All shoes are made in and imported from Italy. They are excellent quality shoes but are quite expensive. The leather shoes are of extremely superior quality. The shop has a range of handbags for sale as well. They are 100% genuine leather. Although the shop is expensive you are getting the best quality.

Absolutely delicious Lebanese ice-cream. If you want to try something different come to this place. There are a range of flavours to choose from and the serving sizes are generous. You can eat-in too as there are a few benches.

Bargain prices which can't be beaten. If you are after white goods or electrical appliances come here first before going to a regular retail outlet. Most items are brand new and have been heavily discounted due to carton damage, product clearance, factory seconds, ex-display models or minor defects such as a chip, dent or scratch. I have bought a top of the range dishwasher, exhaust fan and oven from here.

A fantastic German restaurant with mouth watering-food. A great range of German dishes are on offer as well as speciality beers and wines from Germany. The prices are reasonable and the service is good. Meal suggestions would be Goulash soup and Weiner Schnitzl.

This boutique has the latest styles in Indian wear. There are a lot of items to choose from which include casual, party, formal and bridal wear. Jewellery sets are also available to match with outfits.

The food is quite nice and you get value for money. The buffet is large, so there are lots of options, even for fussy eaters. However, food does run out quickly because this place is always very busy and crowdy. It is better to get here early.
