De Grandi's Cycle and Sport has been a Geelong institution for many years now. The sporting store is famous for it's bicycle stock and repair shop, as well as it's extensive cricket equipment range. The store has a sale on cricket gear at the beginning of each cricket season, as well as periodic sales throughout the year. The store also offers the ability to buy goods online on their website.

Ramsay's has been on the Geelong scene for a while and has a few stores open around the town. They are known for providing quality baked goods at reasonable prices. Their Geelong location also provides facilities to sit in and enjoy some tasty foods and drinks.

They specialise in cycling clothing and accessories, but also offer jerseys and gear for runners and triathletes. It's a handy resource to have being down the coast with such great natural cycling and triathlon facilities (with many hills and undulating surfaces). All your cycling gear is taken care of here with reasonable prices offered.
The haircuts can be a little pricey, but the quality is generally good. The hairdressers in there are very happy people that always greet customers with a smile and have a great chat with them during the hair cutting process.
The quality of the baked goods here are as good as homemade, with prices quite reasonable. The bakery has won national awards for what they have made. Their specialty, in my opinion, is their slices - lemon, caramel and peppermint!
This is a top quality vet surgery that really cares for animals. Costs and prices for consultations and pet accessories sold here are quite reasonable and I'm very impressed with the care they treat the animals with.
This storied hotel establishment has marketed itself as a high-end type of meal venue. The prices are very high, but the quality isn't bad. The chefs that work there are usually of top quality and you can get a wide range of meals to suit any appetite.
Blood Toyota is nestled among a range of car dealerships in central Geelong, and thus they try to go that extra mile to stand out from the crowd. Their new cars are good quality and reasonably priced, their service sector is quite strong though can be a little pricey, with the overall value being very good for customers.
This has now become my favorite radio station to tune into due to the diversity of programs offered on a daily basis. Granted, a lot of the language programs I cannot listen to purely because I don't speak the language, but during the day the variety of shows on offer are informative and entertaining. There's a great variety of music and talkback shows, each offering their own unique way of delivery. A definite recommend.
Dymocks Online is a convenient and modern way to satisfy your book purchasing. The process is now much faster and simpler than it ever has been on the website and the prices offered are usually similar to what you'd get in store. Extra delivery charges are never exorbitant and I would definitely recommend this as a way to buy your books.
