overall, its one of my favourite shops to buy dresses for my wife. she loves their styles and i love their prices. the service isnt great and their return policy is pretty bad. but they are very cheap and have alot of variety.

i had some foil balloons inflated for my daughters birthday.i was charged $10 each for 33 inch balloons. but only $2 for 18 inch balloons. then they started going down the next day. the string wasnt tied correctly and one of my ballons came off and flew away. a waste of $20....

i ordered the disney princess 5-1 combo jumping castle. i wasnt happy that the driver delivered it 4 hours before my scheduled time then picked it up 90 mins late. the castle itself was ok. they have a huge variety and i will be ordering my next party requirements from them as well.

the woman i spoke to was rude. i wasnt given what i asked for, it was my daughters 2nd birthday cake. the colour was all wrong the sizing was different to what i was qouted. the cake was dry very dense icing was very poor. the handling on their part was very poor. the woman literally put her fingers in the cake and rubbed of some of the icing. very poor experinece and will not be returning.

I had to wait weeks for a booking, which is understandable when the artist is very sought after. the piece i got is incredible. the price is a bit much but worth it

i helped immediatly to find what i was looking for, i couldnt find it so a customer service worker looked for me, found out the item had not come in yet. my name and number were taken and i was called a few days later. excellent experience.

store layout was great, people were young, inexperienced. product itself was great, checkout process was slow. i didnt like how i was asked about buying enviro bags 3 times. trying to sell me 3 seperate bags.
