One of the worst florist business that I have come across in Australia and would not recommend any of my friends/ family to Kelvin Hall Floral Design. when a company lies to its customers it looses all the credibility and business moral. I had ordered 'Indulgence' for my wife for 11/12/15 which was on 9/12/15. that was after I saw a online comment by some customer that their flowers were not delivered to the address but was done the next morning, I got a bit worried so I called in the day of delivery around 10am to ask about my order. I was told that the flowers are ready and will be delivered by mid day and latest by afternoon.
But by evening there was no sign of flowers. when I called in to check I was told that there was a mix up with orders. Whom are they trying to fool? Is it the customer or themselves?
the flowers were nice but the overall experience I got was pathetic and hopeless. I did advice the person who took my call that I cancel my order if there is a mixup and that I want my money back but the flowers eventually showed up at my doorstep. I think this company is unable to perform, learn or work as desired.
